Savannah Boone is the 2020 Special Education Teacher of the Year, while Jessica Tipton and Amber Ervin the two finalists for the award. They will receive cash prizes and other recognition, and Boone will get a scholarship to attend the national Special Education Legislative Summit in summer 2021.
