Delana Kelley, a senior at Eminence Independent High School in Henry County, has won the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority’s (KHEAA’s) 2024 “Promote Your School” scholarship essay contest.
Officials from the Kentucky Department of Education and the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority addressed questions on Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship awards during a Special Superintendent’s Webcast on April 3.
