The Kentucky Council of Teachers of Mathematics (KCTM) is seeking nominations for the Ann S. Booth Mathematics Education Service Awards (MESA) for 2018. The award celebrates Kentucky educators for their outstanding work and contribution to the mathematics community.

The nomination form and qualifications for the award can be found on this SurveyMonkey webpage. Nominations will be accepted from paid members of KCTM through Oct. 1.

The awards will be presented at the KCTM Awards Banquet scheduled for Nov. 2 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
