The kick off for developing new End of Course Assessments (EOC) for English 2 and Algebra 2 – which will be field tested in the spring of 2018 – will take place in July.

The Kentucky Department of Education is seeking teachers of those courses to apply to work on the development of new assessments that align to the Kentucky Academic Standards for those courses. Criteria have been established to guide the selection of applicants. Applicants must be available on the following dates:

  • For Algebra 2 EOC Development: July 11-13, Frankfort
  • For English 2 EOC Development: July 18-20, Frankfort

Selected team members will receive a stipend of $625 for the summer days plus travel expenses.

Applications will be accepted through June 30. Selected team members will be notified on or before July 7.
