The College Board is now allowing educators and students access to Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) scores online so they can use the results to see areas in which students are thriving and pinpoint areas in which they need additional support and take advantage of free tools that will help students prepare for the SAT.
The College Board and Khan Academy have teamed up to create Official SAT Practice, which provides students with interactive questions, instant feedback, video lessons, full-length practice tests and other resources to help them get ready for the SAT. Students can access a personalized study plan based on their PSAT/NMSQT scores that will show them the areas in which they can grow the most.
Those scores also can be used to indicate whether students are likely to succeed in Advanced Placement courses and to identify low-income and minority students who qualify for scholarships from College Board partners.
