Nominations are open for the National Association of Geoscience Teachers’ 2016 Outstanding Earth Science Teacher Award, which is given to educators who have contributed to the stimulation of interest in the earth sciences at the pre-college level.

Teachers who cover a significant amount of earth science content with their students are eligible for section awards; sectional winners become national finalists.
