The Kentucky Society for Technology in Education is seeking presenters for its annual conference. Festival of Learnshops at Berea

The website for the Festival of Learnshops at Berea is live. Those interested can sign up for workshops in visual arts, traditional or contemporary crafts, music, dance, storytelling, theatre, sustainability and more. Many of the activities can be adapted for classroom use, and a certificate of attendance for PD credit will be given. There are workshops for all ages.

The Kentucky Council for the Social Studies annual conference will be in Bowling Green on Sept. 21-22. The theme this year is “Social Studies for the Citizens of Tomorrow.” Session proposals are being accepted for those interested in presenting.
