High school girls in Fayette and surrounding counties are invited to the Young Women LEAD (Leadership, Education and Development) Conference March 7 at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. The conference is designed to inspire young women to believe in their qualities and strengths and to challenge them to believe in a higher level of personal growth and development.

The conference will feature keynote speaker Julie Marie Carrier, an Emmy Award nominee, success coach for the MTV self-improvement reality series “Made” and award-winning author.
