The University of Kentucky-Jewish Heritage Fund (UK-JHF) Holocaust Education Initiative is providing a virtual workshop, “Understanding and Mitigating Antisemitism in the Classroom,” on Monday, Nov. 18, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. ET.

Join the University of Kentucky’s Jan Fernheimer and Jill Abney to discuss strategies for identifying and mitigating antisemitism in today’s classroom. This will also include conversations about how to intervene in tense moments.

Both sessions will be facilitated by retired middle and high school teacher Lauren Hill, NBCT.

This is a free opportunity open to any Kentucky educator. Visit the UK-JHF Holocaust Initiative: Understanding and Mitigating Antisemitism in the Classroom Virtual Workshop Series webpage to register.
