The Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA) is committed to equipping Kentucky’s education leaders to adapt and thrive amidst the evolving challenges they face annually.

Recognizing the need for proven, research-based experiences, KASA has adopted The Leadership Challenge, founded on the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. This model offers a shared definition of leadership and introduces the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, which provide actionable steps for leaders to enhance their effectiveness.

KASA proudly offers The Leadership Challenge workshop in Kentucky, based on the acclaimed book by Kouzes and Posner. The two-day workshop includes seven modules covering leadership fundamentals, the Five Practices, and action planning, ensuring participants leave ready to lead others toward success.
