The Western Kentucky University Center for Economics Education is sponsoring a free professional development opportunity from 4:30-7 p.m. CT

March 24 on the WKU campus in Bowling Green.

“Exploring Economics” is designed for teachers and curriculum coordinators in grades K-8 and will illustrate how to integrate economic concepts into social studies, reading and mathematics lessons. Jana Kirchner, an assistant professor in the WKU Center for Economics Education, will lead the workshop.
