The spring/summer issue of Kentucky School Leader has a feature article written by Kentucky Department of Education Assistant General Counsel David Wickersham.
Wickersham writes about restraint and seclusion in the article, touching on the limits of which restraint and seclusion may be used in Kentucky public schools, how these limits will foster stronger school culture that will, in turn, lead to greater academic gains.
Kentucky School Leader is a publication of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators.
