May 6-10 is Teacher Appreciation Week and Teacher Appreciation Day is May 7.  

Since 1984, Teacher Appreciation Week has taken place the first full week of May. Teacher Appreciation Day, on the other hand, takes place on the first Tuesday in May in the United States.
