The Seth Lance Memorial Film Festival is accepting film submissions for a chance to win a $2,500 scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to one high school student and one college student at the festival at 4 p.m. ET on July 17.

Students must create and submit a narrative film between 8 and 15 minutes long. Documentaries and politically themed films will not be accepted.
