Registration is open for the Kentucky Council of Teachers of English (KCTE) annual conference Feb. 22-23 at Embassy Suites Lexington.

The keynote speaker will be literacy advocate and educator Barry Lane. Kentucky Department of Education consultant Micki Ray also will speak. The theme is “Agents of Change: Liberation through Literacy.”
