The Kentucky Department of Education has updated the online version of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Observation and Feedback training on iDrive Digital. Participants may register as a new user by clicking “get started” or sign in with an existing account.  

Grounded in research-based frameworks, the P2P training:

  • promotes collegial conversations;
  • provides practice of formative observation; and
  • demonstrates effective feedback techniques.
