The Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking proposals for candidates for eight Title I regional transition consultants to develop a systematic and consistent process of implementing transition strategies. Consultants would visit residential youth development centers and day treatment programs to help ensure the successful transition of youth, coach staff in research-based transition practices and assist in implementing them.
