With the help of the Professional Growth and Effectiveness System (PGES) pilot districts, the effectiveness coaches have assembled a month-by-month implementation guide with links to the resources that schools and districts may use to help implement PGES fully in 2014-15, as required by statute.

Those who haven’t started implementation can use the document to go through all the steps. Those who have started may use the resources as needed.
